Biography

As Chief Strategy Officer, Min Chang oversees the development and execution of On Lok’s strategy and business planning.

Min has over 35 years of experience in business development, senior healthcare, and mergers and acquisitions, spanning six continents. Her deep understanding of cross-cultural dynamics enriches our approach to serving diverse communities across the Bay Area. Before joining On Lok, she was president and CEO of Microsurgical Technology, a global medical devices company, and CEO at Kin On Health Care Center, a nonprofit in long term care. Her background includes 13 years leading global marketing communications and other leadership roles, including at Omnicom Group, Honeywell, and AstraZeneca, and 11 years in management consulting with Ernst & Young, Booz Allen and Accenture.

Min holds a Doctorate in International Affairs and a Master of International Public Policy from Johns Hopkins University, School of Advanced International Studies. She received her Master of Science in Management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology Sloan School of Management and a Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Arts from the University of Pennsylvania. She is on the board of and chairs the Advancement Committee for the South Park Senior Center in Seattle, Washington.
