Biography

Diana Yin leads strategic planning, strategy, and analytics at On Lok. In this role, she helps set and continuously align the organization around key strategic priorities, which are driven by an understanding of the needs of our communities, the ever-changing healthcare landscape, and internal core capabilities. Diana also works to ensure that quality analytics informs and supports quality decision-making. Prior to joining On Lok in 2017, Diana was at the heart of several entrepreneurial ventures, including having started a career mentoring company in Shanghai that uncorked the underutilized talents of high-achieving professionals by focusing them on meaningful social problems. She also rose to partner over her 10 years in management consulting, where she led client engagements in financial services, telecom, and the public sector. She was a founding partner in Sagence Group, a growing management consulting firm specializing in business intelligence and information management. Among her other roles, she was also an assistant budget director for the City of Philadelphia.

Diana holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from Wellesley College, a master’s degree in public policy from Harvard University, and an MBA from The Wharton School of Business.
