Ben Lui, MD, MPH, FACP

Dr. Lui is the Chief Medical Informatics Officer at On Lok and Board Certified in Internal Medicine.

He is currently Assistant Clinical Professor at UCSF. He was formerly Chief of Community Primary Care at SFDPH, and Associate Medical Director at Asian Health Services.

He completed his fellowship with the CHCF Health Care Leadership Program, and his residency with UCSF-SFGH Primary Care Internal Medicine. He received his MD/MPH from Yale Medical School, and his AB in East Asian Studies from Harvard University.

He is a Fellow of the American College of Physicians, was the 2016 SFDPH Community Physician of the Year, and received the 2005 UCSF Reza Gandjei Humanism Award.

Outside of work, most of the time you’ll find Ben horsing around with his young children at various locales. Ben is also active contributing to his children’s school community. Occasionally, you’ll find him at a café reading a good book. Ben speaks English, Cantonese & Mandarin.
