Biography

Grace Li joined On Lok in 2001 as Chief Operating Officer, applying her expertise in orchestrating new site openings, managing implementation of software applications, and overseeing multi-site complex systems and health care programs. In 2016, she was named Chief Executive Officer.

Grace works closely with her senior leadership team to create new opportunities for partnerships with philanthropic communities, and to invest in On Lok’s workforce so it upholds its reputation as a leading employer in senior care. Her vision builds on On Lok’s leadership with PACE by expanding on existing programs to meet the growing needs of a rapidly increasing senior population.

With more than 25 years in healthcare and 15 years at On Lok, Grace’s management experience spans a wide range of healthcare settings, including hospitals, physician practices, assisted living facilities, and health care consulting.

Grace serves locally on the Eden Housing, Inc. Board of Directors and NICOS Board of Directors, and nationally on the National PACE Association Board. She also serves locally on advisory committees helping to shape the services and care in our communities: San Francisco Palliative Care and San Francisco Post Acute Care Advisory Committee. 

Grace holds a Master of Health Administration from the University of North Carolina and a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Florida.
