Dental, vision, and hearing benefits—it’s part of PACE
On Lok PACE goes beyond traditional healthcare plan benefits by providing dental, vision, and hearing services. With On Lok PACE, dentures, eyeglasses, and hearing aids are covered when approved by your care team.
You can receive your dental, vision, and hearing services onsite at an On Lok PACE center, so it is convenient and easy to schedule. If needed, On Lok PACE also has a provider network to handle any complex dental, vision, or hearing needs.
Dental, vision, and hearing benefits are included with On Lok PACE and provided according to your care needs.
