Joy oversees all aspects of On Lok's People Department, including Talent Management, Culture, Inclusion, Equity and Diversity, Leadership Development, and People Operations.

With a passion for building high-performing teams, Joy leverages her expertise in organizational development, talent management, and employee engagement to create a positive and productive work environment. Her strategic approach and collaborative leadership style have contributed to the success of organizations across various industries, including healthcare, aging, technology, and pharmaceuticals. where she has led HR teams for organizations ranging in size from 50-50,000 employees.
