She is also a key driver in implementing On Lok’s performance measurement, professional development and work culture. She is a seasoned HR leader with over 20 years of experience across organizations spanning sizes from 50-1,000 employees. Joy’s expertise includes shaping high-performing cultures at Fortune 500 companies by utilizing OD expertise, implementing progressive technical resources, engaging employees and creating robust development programs that build profitability. She is known for executing strategies that motivate teams and individuals to exceed the corporate objectives through various economic cycles.
Joy holds a bachelor’s degree in management/marketing from the University of Phoenix, along with numerous HR certifications.
