Biography

As Interim Chief Financial Officer, Rob Jenkins provides strategic financial leadership to On Lok. He oversees all financial areas, including financial planning and analysis, accounting, long-term capital planning, investments, and funding.

Rob's extensive experience in finance, accounting, data & analytics, and operations- coupled with a decade of service at On Lok and deep commitment to our mission- equips him to drive our long-term financial sustainability. He brings a wealth of knowledge in best practices, systems, and Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) business dynamics to ensure On Lok's continued growth and impact.

Before joining On Lok, Rob spent most of his career in nonprofit accounting and finance, with a focus on healthcare and services for people experiencing homelessness. He holds a Master of Business Administration from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia and a Bachelor of Science in Bioengineering, Magna Cum Laude, from the University of Pennsylvania.
