Amy Litvin, NP

Amy is a primary care provider and wound care consultant at On Lok PACE. She is aboard certified Gerontological Nurse Practitioner and and Advanced Practice Wound Care Specialist.

She started her nursing career working on a medical surgical unit in New York City. She then pivoted into clinical research at the Memory & Aging Center at UCSF. It was there that she discovered a passion for working with individuals with dementia and supporting their families. Motivated to serve this population, she completed a Master's program at UCSF specializing in Gerontological care. She has been working at On Lok since graduating in 2011. During that time she also worked part-time teaching undergraduate nursing and separately got certified in as a wound care specialist. In addition to her primary care duties, she also serves as a wound care consultant at On Lok for the Bay Area centers.

She earned a Bachelor of Science, Nursing from University of Michigan, Ann Arbor; a Master of Science, Gerontological Nurse Practitioner Specialty from University of California, San Francisco; and Wound Care for Advance Practice Nurse from Emory University, Atlanta

Amy enjoys all types of artistic expression, including everything from singing to creating art with her hands.

Amy speaks English and some Mandarin.
