Demi Lu, N.P.

At On Lok PACE, Ms. Lu specializes in geriatric medicine. She is board certified in adult-gerontology by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners Certification Board.

Prior to working at On Lok PACE, Ms. Lu worked for more than 10 years in a variety of health care settings including hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, home health agencies and primary care clinics primarily serving the elderly.

Ms. Lu earned her Master of Science degree at University of California, San Francisco with a concentration in primary care in 2015.

Some of Ms. Lu’s hobbies include hiking, Zumba and working on DIY projects.

Ms. Lu speaks Mandarin and English.
