Jennifer Yang, MD, MA
Dr. Yang is the lead physician at On Lok PACE Rose Center. She is board certified in Family Medicine and Geriatrics.
Prior to On Lok, Dr. Yang was a primary care physician and consulting geriatrician for the San Francisco Department of Public Health and Geriatrics curriculum director for UCSF Family & Community Medicine Residency.
Dr. Yang received a BA and MA at Stanford University and MD from UC San Diego School of Medicine. She completed her family medicine residency and geriatric medicine fellowship at Swedish Medical Center in Seattle, WA.
In her free time, she enjoys reading, cooking, swimming, and learning how to garden.
Dr. Yang speaks English, Mandarin, and conversational Spanish.
