Russell Lemesh, MD, MS, FACP

Dr. Lemesh is an On Lok Senior Staff Physician. He is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Geriatric Medicine.

Dr. Lemesh was previously an Associate Medical Director at IOA and SFCCT (2006-2018). His prior experience included: Private Practice Internal Medicine Geriatrics (SF, 1988-1993); Senior Physician/Director of Home Health: Hospice, SNF at Kaiser San Rafael; and Assistant Clinical Professor of Medicine/Pharmacology UCSF.

Dr. Lemesh earned: BS, Biochemistry/Chemical Engineering; MS, Organometallic Chemistry; and MD/PhD (C), Human Pharmacology &Toxicology. He also earned: Distinction in Internal Medicine and Pharmacology; Residency at SMMC, SF; and Resident of the Year Award. His Fellowships include: American College of Physicians, American College of Clinical Pharmacy, California Academy of Medicine, and the Royal Society of Medicine, UK.
