Maryam Ziaie Matin, MD, FACP
Dr. Ziaie Matin has been a staff physician at On Lok since 2006, serving at multiple sites. She is board certified in internal medicine, geriatrics ( fellowship trained) and palliative care.
Her roles have been: Medical Director, private practitioner (current part time), and hospitalist, caring for under-served population.
She received her MD from Tehran, Iran at Shahid Beheshti Medical School; her Internal Medicine residency at St Luke's Roosevelt (currently Mt Sinai West) NY,NY; her Geriatrics fellowship at Stanford. She is on the Hospice and Palliative care board; a Fellow of American College of Physician; and a member of AGS and AMDA.
Her family lives in SF. She enjoys tennis, swimming, outdoor activities, music and cinema.
Dr. Ziaie Matin speaks English, Farsi and conversational Spanish.
