Nasim Taheri, M.D.

Dr. Nasim Taheri is a geriatrician and primary care physician at On Lok PACE. She specializes in family medicine and geriatrics medicine. She is board certified in family medicine by the American Board of Family Physicians.

Dr. Taheri joined On Lok shortly after completing her fellowship. She is a recipient of the Stephen Permut, MD award for medical knowledge and compassion.
