Nasim Taheri, MD

At On Lok, Dr. Taheri works as a geriatrician primary care physician. She specializes in family medicine and geriatrics medicine. She is board certified in family medicine by the American Board of Family Physicians. She started working at On Lok shortly after completing her fellowship.

Dr. Taheri won the Stephen Permut, MD award for medical knowledge and compassion.
