Yupar Khin, N.P.

As a nurse practitioner, Yupar Khin works under the supervision of a doctor to provide medicalcare to On Lok PACE participants. She is board-certified in adult-gerontology primary care.

While completing her nurse practitioner education, Yupar gained experience as a home health nurse. Following her graduation, she provided primary care to inmates at the Sacramento County Jail.

Yupar earned her master’s degree in nursing with an adult-gerontology primary care specialty from UCSF. She also holds an undergraduate degree in molecular and cell biology with an emphasis in neurobiology.

Yupar played competitive badminton while growing up in the San Francisco Bay Area. Today she enjoys hiking, camping, bike riding or rock climbing.

She speaks English and Burnese.
